Meera, What’s the problem?

It was rumoured that director Cheran would be beginning his next movie titled Pokkisham with Meera Jasmine playing his ladylove.

Though the movie was supposed to hit floors after Autograph, Cheran apparently began Thavamai Thavamirundhu, which released in the theatres this week-end.

Meanwhile, rumors are agog that both Meera Jasmine and the director weren’t able to see eye-to-eye over a lot of issues. Now that Thavamai Thavamirundhu is completed, the buzz is Cheran has plans to comence Pokkisham. 

Interestingly, it would feature Kadhal fame Sandhya instead of Meera Jasmine now.

Noted Malayalam director T V Chandran had cast Navya Nair instead of Meera Jasmine for his Tamil directorial deut venture Aadum Koothu wich has Cheran in the lead role.

Meera Jasmine was part of T V Chandran’s Malayalam movie Padam Onu Oru Vilapam, which fetched her the national award.
