'Contender Pawan Kalyan arrives'

With Pawan Kalyan boldly projecting himself as an alternative to the incumbent TDP and opposition YSRCP at Guntur's public rally, analysts have it that 'Contender Pawan Kalyan' has finally arrived.

It's believed that the actor's strong criticism of the Chandrababu Naidu government has surprised many, enthused his support base, and unnerved the establishment. All eyes are now on the local polls which Jana Sena Party will contest.

As a commentator says, Pawan Kalyan now has a golden opportunity to convince the people that he is truly on his own. Any more dalliance with the TDP in the name of averting political instability might well be counter-productive for him.

Power Star has also said that he is ready to go on a fast unto death for special status any day from now.
