Ever since Kamal Haasan started his war of words with the present ADMK government most of his statements are read as political. The 'Bigg Boss' of Tamil cinema too enjoys taking digs at the establishment through social media as well as his show.

Tamil Nadu's veteran politician and the age old Congress party's state president Thirunavukkarasar met Kamal at his residence in Chennai to invite him for his daughter's wedding.
