Rana Daggubati's father and producer, D Suresh Babu, has confirmed that the wedding of his son will take place on August 8. As per a Times Of India report, two pre-wedding events will be held on the two preceding days as per "both Telugu and Marwari traditions." Miheeka Bajaj, the bridegroom, comes from a Marwari family.

The bride's mother, Bunty Bajaj, has been quoted by the national daily as saying that the scale of the wedding will be planned as per the government rules at that time. How many guests can be invited will strictly depend on how many are allowed by the government due to the lockdown restrictions.

As such, the elders are going to plan the special event after taking into account the do's and dont's.

Rana is yet to open up on his wedding. He recently had a Roka ceremony with Miheeka in the presence of the elders.
