Someone wanted to tell the story of the notorious money launderer Vijay Mallya. And they roped in, of all, the versatile and comical Govinda (Bollywood actor). We are already tempted to watch the movie!

Going into the details, it's veteran producer Pahalaj Nihalani who is directing the movie. Titled 'Rangeela Raja', the film will feature three heroines, all of whom are newcomers. The film will have even an item song that will resemble the famous Kingfisher calendars.

Joking about the film, Ramesh Srivats, a CEO, quips, "So, Pahalaj Nihalani is making a film based on Vijay Mallya's life, and it stars Govinda? Nice. After 'Hero No.1', 'Coolie No. 1' and 'Jodi No. 1', Govinda should insist that this one is called 'McDowell's No. 1'.
