Tamil comedy actor Bava Lakshmanan has been admitted to Omandurar Government Hospital due to ill health for the past few days. News has just come in that the doctors have surgically removed his big that has caused shock to his fans and friends.

Bava Lakshmanan who started his career as a production manager in Super Good Films later played comedy characters in several films. His collaborations with Vadivelu were the most successful. Especially his "Vaa Maa Minnal" dialogue delivery in 'Maayi' is still enjoyed by fans.

Bava Lakshmanan was suffering from diabetes and the symptoms worsened in the past few months. He was then admitted to the Omandurar Government Hospital in Chennai and his condition is said to be now stable after the toe removal surgery.
