Thamirabarani directed by Hari, has Vishal and Banu playing the lead roles. It also has Prabhu and Nadhiya playing prominent roles.

This film released on Pongal has been carrying positive reports and is doing well. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Kalaignar Karunanidhi watched a special screening of this film along with his wife Rajathi Ammal, yesterday.

Vishal welcomed the CM. Director Hari and the President of Producers Council, Ramanarayanan, were also present.
