It was a meaningful and well thought out launch for a film on bureaucrat achievement in Karnataka Shalini IAS`. Dr Sri Shivamurthy Swamiji of Muruga Sharan Math read out the oath of donating the organ after death, including the Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah and people present at the auditorium of Gandhi Bhavan read out the lines of what Swamiji had told. That marked an impeccable event on Saturday evening from director Nikil Manjoo and team at the launch of Shalini IAS` Kannada film.

In the democratic set up the correlation between Karyanga, Nyayanga and Shasakaanga` ( Executive, Legislature and Judiciary) is very important.

Dr Shalini Rajanish the cynosure of all eyes because the contents for the film in her name Shalini IAS` is based on it made a precise address on the occasion. Recalling her parent`s status and donation of organ how she stepped up in life to this level is recorded in the book. For the title of the film there was apprehension.
