The moment a movie is declared a hit in one language, it quickly makes it to other languages. This is a natural thing in filmdom these days.
So it is no surprise that a Malayalam movie that has been declared a hit recently is going to be remade in Tamil.
Classmates starring Prithviraj in the lead and directed by Lal Jose is the movie.
The movie dealing with students politics is a runaway hit in Malayalam.
Now Lal Jose himself is remaking it Tamil (and perhaps Telugu too).
A search is on for the cast. But indications are that Lal Jose may opt for Prithviraj again, considering the fact that he is already pretty popular in Tamil.
