A woman in Amercia is suing its famous space agency NASA, for keeping a vial of moon dust. How did she get it? Laura Cicco claims that it was gifted by the man Neil Armstrong himself with a note : “To Alura Ann Murray- Best of Luck- Neil Armstrong Apollo 11.”
Cicco who is from Tennessee also has revealed that she has been keeping Armstrong’s autograph but only discovered the moon dust vial five years ago while she was going through her parents possession. Now the woman is sueing NASA to assert her rights over the moondust.
While there is no law from preventing people to have lunar materials, it must be noted that the space agency has confiscated such possession from citizens earlier. Meanwhile NASA has stated that it would be inappropriate for it to go commenting on a pending lawsuit.
