After delivering a surprise hit 'Happy Wedding', director Omar Lulu is all geared up to release yet another youth-centric comedy entertainer titled 'Chunkzz'. Though the makers of the movie had announced earlier to release the film on July, now they had pushed the release date to August 4th. Director Omar has confirmed the release date through his official Facebook handle.

Featuring Balu Varghese, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Anandam fame Vishak Nair and Ganapathy in the lead roles, the movie revolves around a series of funny incidents that happen after a girl joins the mechanical engineering department in a college. Honey Rose essays the role of the only female student in the batch, and she's called the 'Mech Rani'. Marina Michael who was noted for her cameo performance in Happy Wedding is also playing an important character in Chunkzz.

Scripted by three newbies, Snoop Thykoodam, Joseph Vijesh and Aneesh Hameed, the movie has music by Gopi Sunder. Produced by Vaishak Rajan under his banner Vaishaka Movies, the movie has Honey Bee fame Alby handling camera department along with the cuts of Dilip Dennies. Coming from a hit-making director, 'Chunkzz' has already created quite a hype among the audiences.
