Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer release date revealed in the first official poster!

The legendary filmmaker Christopher Nolan is currently working on his upcoming biopic drama 'Oppenheimer' for which he joined hands with Universal Pictures. The movie stars the 'Peaky Blinders' actor Cillian Murphy in the titular role and a first look was released earlier in February.

The latest hot news is that the makers took to social media this evening to officially announce that Oppenheimer will hit the cinemas on 21st July 2023, exactly a year from today. Also, the first official poster of the movie is unveiled today. The film traces the life of J Robert Oppenheimer, the theoretical physicist who headed the project that led to the invention of the atomic bomb.

Oppenheimer is remembered as one of the fathers of the atom bomb. Reportedly, the teaser trailer of the film is said to be attached with the sci-fi film 'Nope', which will release tomorrow. It also stars Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr, Rami Malek, Florence Pugh, Jack Quaid, Josh Hartnett, Dane DeHaan, Benny Safdie, Kenneth Branagh and Alden Ehrenreich.
