The Exodus actor may have moved on from the Batman series, but his heart seems to be stuck a little with the hugely popular action flick. On hearing the news of Ben Affleck taking the mantle ahead, Christian Bale we hear is a little jealous.

"When I heard there was someone else doing it, there was a moment where I just stopped and stared into nothing for half an hour. But I`m 40. The fact that I`m jealous of someone else playing Batman...I think I should have gotten over it by now." Admits Bale.

Apparently the actor also shared some tips on playing the role. "I haven`t spoken with Ben, but I emailed him offering bits of advice that I learned the hard way. I would imagine he is doing everything he can to avoid anything that I did."

Christian Bale who is now making news for portraying the role of Moses in Ridley Scott`s forthcoming release will surely be missed in the Batman roles but keenly awaited in Exodus:Gods and Kings, releasing on 5th December in India.
