Chris Hemsworth recently expressed his feelings regarding his role as Thor for the Marvel franchise, but with a little disheartened feeling in his most recent portrayal. Praised for his previous stints in "Thor: Ragnarok" and the "Avengers" series, he feels like he sort of went into self-parody in "Thor: Love and Thunder."
Hemsworth, speaking to Vanity Fair, had reflected on his fifteen-year journey as the hammer-wielding Norse god across nine Marvel movies. Even his first portrayal was well-received, but he admitted that the latest one didn't sit quite right with him.
Taika Waititi released his new film, "Thor: Love and Thunder," in 2022. Critics found the film, which was filled with mixed reviews, Earlier, Hemsworth admitted to being swept away while improvising on the set.
