Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth enjoys quite a fanbase in India due to his performance as Thor in the globally popular MCU movies. His fame in the country amplified when he shared screen with Randeep Hooda in the action flick 'Extraction'. Recently, Chris indulged into a conversation with Sonakshi Sinha and among other things, he talked about what India means to him.

He said, "I love India. I love the people and I love the food. It's a very warm and welcoming atmosphere over there." Opening up about his experience of working in India, Hemsworth said, "We had thousands of people turning up to watch our shooting and cheering at the end of every take. It was like being on a stage somewhere. It was a very very unique and special experience. And it's very close to my heart."

Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky are so influenced by our country that they named their daughter India Rose Hemsworth.
