If you watched last night’s IPL clash between Kings XI Punjab and SunRisers Hyderabad, you know what we are talking about. Most adored batsman Chris Gayle just. . .schooled and punished bowlers ball after ball and left with a century (104 out of 63 balls, not out).

Gayle’s impressive back to form performance sure answers all the doubts that were raised on the player. Kudos Gayle! However,here’s the interesting and hilarious stuff, the batsman actually thanked Virendar Sehwag for saving the IPL franchise for choosing him. Yes, he did that.  "I think Virender Sehwag saved the IPL by picking me (in the auctions),everyone says I have a lot to prove. I am just here to put some respect on my name."

And guess what Virendar Sehwag seems to agree as it is evident from his social page post which you can read below! Well, it would not be an exaggeration to say he has proved his point, in style.
