Dance choreographer Satish has been associated with many big movies, and he has also acted in a lot of movies in Kollywood. He had made his debut as an actor with the Jeeva directorial venture Unnale Unnale released in 2007, and was also seen in the Simbu starrer Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada.

Currently, Satish is choreographing a dance number for Siva Karthikeyan's upcoming movie Hero, directed by Irumbuthirai director PS Mithran and produced by KJR Studios. The song is being picturized on Siva Karthikeyan and the female lead Kalyani Priyadarshan who is making her debut.

Satish posted his nostalgic memory on Instagram, as the song is being shot in City Center, Chennai, as it was the place where he had shot for Unnale Unnale before 12 years as an actor and now he is shooting at the same place, working as a choreographer. Hero also stars Action King Arjun and Ivana.
