In this section, we are going to review the songs from 'Chor Bazaar', which is a Lahari Music album.
Jada
Singer: Ram Miriyala
Lyricist: Mittapalli Surender
Ram Miriyala is apt for songs that are conceived around the male and his indulgences. 'DJ Tillu' from 'DJ Tillu' and 'Chitti' from 'Jathi Ratnalu' were his products as much as that of the universe in which they were set up. The song under review is Miriyala spicing it up with abandon. Mittapalli Surender's lyrics understand the station of life of the male lead as much as the Hyderabadi backdrop. The song is a winner.
Title Song
Singer: Sruthi Ranjani
Lyricists: Asura, Selvin Francis
The rap is impressive and inspired in a positive way. The genre is a rarity, especially in Telugu cinema. It seems the spirit of the rap has been inspired by the flavour of the Bollywood film 'Gully Boys'. The singer adds a zing to the song, which is minimalist and yet makes a strong impact. One hopes the rap makes a thorough impact as part of the film, capturing the milieu of the Old City.
