We all know that Chiyaan Vikram's "Thangalaan" has reached the last stage of shooting. Produced by Studio Green, this is an ambitious action drama venture directed by Pa Ranjith. It is being freshly reported that the makers have wrapped up the schedule in EVP film city and are moving to the final leg.

According to the latest buzz, Chiyaan Vikram will appear in two getups in the movie. One is 30 years young look and the other is an aged old man look. The pre-independence portions will be shot in the upcoming schedule. The next and final schedule will take place in Madurai for one week and it will be a wrap for the entire film after that.

Also, the cast and crew celebrated the birthday of the english actor Daniel Caltigarone on the sets of Thangalaan by cutting a cake. The celebration took place yesterday and the pictures from the same is doing rounds on the internet. The story of Thangalaan revolves around the plight of native people of the Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) in Karnataka.

Thangalaan will hit the silver screens on an early festival date in 2024 after it premiers at prestigious film festivals across the world. The makers are planning to release the movie in various languages in 2D and 3D. With music by GV Prakash, the upcoming flick has Vikram, Pasupathi, Parvathy Tiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Daniel Caltigarone, Harikrishnan and others.
