Chiyaan Vikram known for his hardwork and dedication towards nailing his characters has been injured during rehearsals for action sequences in 'Thangalaan'. His official PRO Yuvaraj has shared the shocking news.

Vikram's office has stated 'Thank you for all the love and appreciation Aditha Karikalan aka ChiyaanVikram has received and for the astounding response to 'PS2' from all over the world. Chiyaan sustained an injury during rehearsals resulting in a broken rib due to which he will not be able to join his 'Thangalaan' unit for a short while. He thanks everyone for your love and promises to be back on his feet and rocking at the earliest."

'Thangalaan' produced by Studio Green is directed by Pa. Ranjith with G.V. Prakash Kumar scoring the music. The film based on 18th century KGF also stars Pasupathy, Daniel Caltagirone, Parvathy Thiruvothu and Malavika Mohanan.
