One such highly anticipated movie is Chiyaan Vikram's 'Thangalaan', directed by Pa Ranjith. The movie is also aiming for a June release.

Yes, exciting news has emerged that the team is planning to release 'Thangalaan' in Pan-Indian languages on June 28th. This is expected to be announced officially on Chiyaan's birthday, April 17. The film will chronicle the tale of the native people in the pre-independence era in the Kolar Gold Fields. It is going to be a milestone movie in the actor's career.

'Thangalaan', jointly produced by Studio Green and Neelam Productions, features Vikram, Malavika Mohanan, Pasupathy, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Daniel Caltagirone, Harikrishnan Anbudurai and others.
