One of the most expected films in Tamil cinema is the upcoming 62nd film of actor Vikram, to be directed under the baton of S.U. Arun Kumar.

In a never-before-and-never-since combination, Arun Kumar, who has had success with his recent outing 'Sithar,' will wield the megaphone for this project in association with the National Award winner too.

Reports say that the film lies in the pre-production stage only, while the start of the shooting will happen in the months of February or March next year. The film talks of a new story since "Chittha" and therefore has an altogether new storyline for the viewers. The music of the film, too, would be done by G.V. Prakash Kumar.

The complete details of the cast and crew of the movie will be announced very soon, and the movie's formal announcement is expected to happen in a few days.

Vikram is currently busy with his other films, "Thangalan" and "Dhruva Natchathiram." G.V. Films are pooling in the funds for this film, and it is touted to be a pan-Indian film.
