Chithiram Pesuthadi at IFFI

Director Mysskin's Chithiram Pesuthadi was screened at the ongoing IFFI at Goa. The movie featured Naren and Bhavana in the lead.

The movie released early this year attracted very little crowd in the opening week. But in the second week the word of mouth publicity and rave reviews in the media brought in the crowds.

Oscar Ravichandran bought the distribution rights. Also the song Valameenukkum sung by Gana Ulaganathan helped the movie's cause.

Chithiram Pesuthadi is about a group of men working for a gangster, who reforms for a noble cause. The film was critically acclaimed by the media and won huge collections was screened at the panorama section of the IFFI on Sunday.

Naren and Mysskin had been to Goa to participate in the function.

It may be recalled that last year, Ameer's Ram was selected for screening at the panorama section.
