Chiru's LIVE performance on cards

Bollywood mega stars doing LIVE performances for a bomb is not a new phenomenon. Except for Aamir Khan, the likes of Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are known for their on-stage performances at award functions. This trend has mostly been limited to A-lister heroines as far as South Indian cinema is concerned. The likes of Ram Charan are gradually trying to unveil a new trend, though.
But imagine the Megastar himself doing that. Yes, if industry sources are to be believed, the Rajya Sabha MP Chiranjeevi is set to give a LIVE performance on-stage during the MAA TV awards function on June 12.
If this is true, Chiru will have been instrumental in throwing his weight behind a trend that needs to fast catch up in Tollywood. One wonders who might be the person prodding him to do this. It must be Cherry, who has done it already. The last time we saw Chiru jive was at his daughter's 'sangeet' in Bengaluru. Chiru's fans can't wait to watch their icon dance like a sensation.
