Chiru to switch role

Chiranjeevi is never a 'khaidi' (prisoner) of image. As an actor, he has essayed a wide range of characters, often even contrasting ones. In politics as well, he is no stranger to switching roles. From being the 'samajika marpu' crusader of a short-lived, mega flop Praja Rajyam to a Sonia cheerleader of the Congress, he has done it all. He may well now go a step ahead and complement brother Pawan Kalyan's endeavours of mobilizing support for Telugu Desam Party. To put it simply, he will migrate to Chandra Babu Naidu's party, bidding a lasting goodbye to a party that is defunct in Andhra Pradesh.
The grapevine has it that none other than Lokesh is at the forefront of negotiating with the Megastar of cinema and Madam's Star of Congress. The crowned prince of TDP is allegedly mediating on behalf of his CM dad to woo Chiru.
It has been written about that Chiru will do the ultimate conversion to the party formed by the legendary NTR on December 5, symbolically in the capital city.
If that were to happen, one thing is for sure. The equations between 'Khaidi No. 150' and 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' will turn from one of competition into one of co-operation. What could that entail? A healthy spacing between the two films, of course.
