Megastar Chiranjeevi said, "I never imagined that this day will come. Sridevi was a mix of acting prowess and beauty. God has really done injustice to her. I am unable to digest this sad news. But for acting, she never had any other avocation from childhood. I have learnt a lot from her dedication. We all know how well she got into the skin of a Deva Kanya's character in one of our films. 'SP Parusuram' was my last film with her. She was a dear friend of mine."

Nagarjuna said, "I have been trying all morning to gather myself to face the truth of dear #sridevi leaving us, trying to believe it's just a bad dream/memories of her just keep coming back and I don't know whether to smile or cry. We love you, dear Sridevi."

Venkatesh said, "Shocked and sad to hear that Sridevi is no more. A very unfortunate day for the nation to have lost such an amazingly talented star. As her co-star in 'Kshanam Kshanam' every expression of hers remains etched in my mind vividly. Although she achieved fame and popularity at such a very young age, she always remained humble and graceful.
