It is confirmed that Puri Jagannadh is going to direct Chiranjeevi's 150th film and fans are eagerly awaiting an official confirmation.

BVS Ravi, who is said to have penned the script for this film, tweeted, "Going to be official tomorrow....". Though he didn't say that it is regarding Chiranjeevi's 150th film, jubiliant fans started celebrating. But as he tweeted it around 12 am, there is a confusion on whether the announcement is today or tomorrow. According to sources, this film is going to a mass masala entertainer and it is set in 1950s. This film will be launched amid fans on August 22nd, to coincide with Chiranjeevi's birthday. The regular shooting starts in September and Puri is planning to release the film for Sankranthi, 2016.

Though Ram Charan wanted to produce this prestigious film, he is said to have given the opportunity to their loyal fan Bandla Ganesh.
