Megastar Chiranjeevi on Saturday took to social media to wish Justice NV Ramana, who is all set to take the oath as India's Chief Justice today. In his post, the 'Sye Raa' actor described Ramana as the pride of the Telugus.

"Hearty congrats to Telugu pride Sri NV Ramana garu as he takes oath as Hon'ble Chief Justice of India today. Eminent jurist for 40 years, reaches pinnacle of his illustrious career (sic)," the 'Acharya' actor wrote.

He added that Ramana is only the second Telugu to earn the glory after 55 long years. "His motherland is joyous on the momentous occasion," the senior actor added.

Earlier in the day, wishing late Kannada thespian Rajkumar, Chiru wrote, "Greatness lies in Simplicity! Greatest lesson #Annavaru ever taught me through his words and deeds. Invaluable influence he has been in my life.Fondly remembering Dr.Rajkumar on his birth anniversary! A True #BangaradaManushya."
