The other day, Aamir Khan screened  'Laal Singh Chaddha' (Hindi) to Megastar Chiranjeevi, SS Rajamouli, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya. On Saturday, the 'Acharya' actor announced that he has decided to present the Telugu version of the Bollywood movie.

"Feel very privileged to present the Telugu version of my dear friend Aamir Khan‘s wonderful emotional roller coaster 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. Our Telugu audiences are surely going to love him," the 'Bholaa Shankar' actor said.

He added that he had first met with the 'Dangal' actor at the Kyoto Airport in Japan years ago. "Most of all, what a gem of a film you have made!! Such a wonderful emotional journey!! (sic)," Chiru tweeted today, addressing Aamir.

This is the first time that the 'Godfather' actor is presenting a movie. By lending his name to the ambitious project, Chiru has firmed up his bond with the 'PK' star.

Produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18 Studios, it is an adaptation. The film will hit the screens on August 11.
