Megastar Chiranjeevi has been on a pilgrimage to Sabarimala in Kerala. The actor today took to social media to thank the dolly bearers who helped him and his wife Surekha have a darshan of Lord Ayyappa.
"It was my first visit to Sabarimala after a long time. Due to the crowds and the enthusiasm shown by those who recognized me, I had to fall back on the dolly services to reach the temple. I thank the bearers for helping us out," the 'Acharya' actor wrote, acknowledging the labour done by the bearers at the cost of personal health. Chiru is fond of spiritual pilgrimages. Last year, he had to abandon the Ayyappa Deeksha after the sudden passing away of lyricist Sirivennela.
Chiru was recently in the news for calling on AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy. He said that the new GO on the cinema ticket prices is expected before this month's end.
As for 'Acharya', which is directed by Koratala Siva, the socio-political action entertainer will hit the screens on April 29.
