On Saturday, Megastar Chiranjeevi had issued a statement welcoming the three capital cities proposal of the Jaganmohan Reddy government. He said that developing three capitals will result in sub-regional justice, besides putting scarce financial resources to better use.

A day later, a fake pamphlet started making the rounds on the Internet. It said Chiranjeevi does not endorse the three capitals idea. The pamphlet has created confusion.

On his part, the 'Sye Raa' actor has on Sunday evening issued a clear-cut statement once again. He said that he indeed likes the idea of Andhra Pradesh having three capitals. "Don't believe in fake news," Chiru added.

The pro-YSRCP government stance of Chiru has led to some speculations already.
