Ram Charan has been roped in to play a powerful role in Chiranjeevi's upcoming action entertainer Acharya. He will have a screen time of about 30 minutes, which comprises a foot-tapping number and some high-voltage scenes. According to a source, the song is going to leave mega fans thrilled as the father-son duo have danced with incredible energy. What's more interesting is that the dance movements of Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan will surpass all the songs that have been shot until now in their combination. It may be recalled that Chiru and Charan shook their legs for Bangaru Kodi Petta and Ammadu Let's Do Kummudu and both these songs have not only topped the charts but also enticed the movie buffs big time.
Now that Koratala has shot a song on them, insiders say that sky is the limit as the special number is going to exceed all the expectations and create history among father-son films in Telugu cinema. The emotional scenes involving the father-son, too, came out exceedingly well and Koratala is extremely pleased with the output says a source from the unit. The shooting of Acharya is currently underway in the Maredumilli forest. Pooja Hegde, who plays the love interest of Charan in this film, has joined the sets for a three-day schedule today and the team is filming a montage song on the duo. Chiranjeevi, who commenced shooting in this schedule on February 21, has completed filming his portions and is having a great time seeing Charan in action, on the sets. Produced by Niranjan Reddy in association with Ram Charan, Acharya will release this summer, on May 13.
