Today marks the official and formal entry of one more Mega hero. It's none other than Kalyaan Dhev, Megastar Chiranjeevi`s son-in-law. At today's launch, Chiru himself was there as a proud father-in-law. Kalyaan's debut movie is produced by Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram.

"We are happy to launch the movie. To be directed by Rakesh Sashii, it will star Malavika Nair as the female lead. We are going to rope in top technicians and talented artists," says Sai Korrapati.

While the 'Sye Raa' actor sounded the clapboard, Telugu cinema's pride, SS Rajamouli, directed the honorary first shot. MM Keeravani switched the camera on. NV Prasad, Gunnam Gangaraju, Kalyan Koduri and Avasarala Srinivas, among others, were the other guests.

Describing it as a content-oriented script, the film will have cinematography by KK Senthil Kumar of 'Baahubali' fame. Rama Krishna of 'Rangasthalam' fame is the art director.

Tanikella Bharani, Murali Sharma, Nasser, Sathyam Rajesh, Pragathi, Kalyani Natarajan, Posani Krishna Murali, Rajeev Kanakala, Jaya Prakash, Aadarsh Balakrishna, Noel Sean, Kireeti and Bhadram are part of the cast.

The director himself has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues. Presented by Sai Shivani, it will have music by Yogesh. Lyrics are by Rehman. Stunts are by Joshua.
