It's known that sought-after Tollywood film editor Gowtham Raju passed away in the wee hours of Wednesday at the age of 68. Several Tollywood celebs are condoling his demise.

Megastar Chiranjeevi said that Raju's demise is saddening. "He was always calm but his editing was pacy! It's a personal loss that someone who was associated with my filmography right from the days of 'Chattaniki Kallu Levu' to 'Khaidi No. 150' is no more. He was soft but his edits were sharp," the 'Godfather' actor wrote, adding that his deepest sympathies are with the deceased technician's family.

Sai Dharam Tej said that he was heartbroken at the news. "Gowtham Raju garu was a man of great work and character with whom I have worked closely during the initial phase of my career. You will always be alive in your work sir. Sending my strength to family and dear ones," the 'Republic' actor wrote.

Manchu Vishnu wrote that Raju was one of the most respected legendary editors of Tollywood. "Learnt a lot from him since childhood. He was crucial for many blockbusters in Telugu. Will miss him a lot," he added.
