The title poster was unveiled through Superstar Mahesh Babu's social media handles. Tweeting about the same, the 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' star wished the 'Acharya' star and said that he feels honoured to be unveiling the title poster. Mahesh also described Meher as his good friend. He added that Anil Sunkara is his favourite producer. They have previously worked together on 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'.
Going by the title, the film will see Chiru as a kind-hearted person with sincere attitudes and child-like innocence. "The word 'Mega' is shaped like a hill indicating how the Megastar is high like a hill in his good heart and his achievements," the makers said. The title also has a special devotional ring, considering that Lord Shiva is referred to as Bholaa Shankar. Talking about the title poster design, the makers said that a trident, the Howrah Bridge and the Kali Mata temple have been infused with a purpose.
A commercial family entertainer, it is also co-produced by Creative Commercials. To be released next year, it has Keerthy Suresh playing Chiru's sister. Tweeting about it, the 'Mahanati' actress wrote, "Wishing Chiranjeevi sir good health and happiness for years to come! Couldn’t find a more auspicious day to announce my next project #BholaaShankar. Extremely excited for this new journey (sic)."
