Chiranjeevi, Mahesh chip in to promote epic drama

Megastar Chiranjeevi and Mahesh Babu have come together to promote the Telugu trailer of the Malayalam-language epic action drama, 'Marakkar'. Starring Mohanlal in the role of a 16th-Century warrior, its trailer was unveiled last evening by the 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' star. Later, Chiru too did it separately.
Acknowledging the sweet gesture of the two Telugu superstars, the Complete Actor said, Thank you, Dear Chiranjeevi Sir, for your Blessings and thank you Konidela Productions for the support. And thanks dear Mahesh for the wishes.
To be released on March 26 in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada, the film is directed by Priyadarshan. Also featuring Arjun, Suneil Shetty, Keerthy Suresh, Prabhu, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Manju Warrier, its cinematography is by Tirru of 'Janatha Garage' fame.
The film's reported budget is Rs 100 Cr.
