Megastar Chiranjeevi and 'Sakaru Vaari Paata' star Mahesh Babu on Monday took to social media to wish the legendary Malayalam actor Mammootty on his birthday. The Mollywood star, who is a megastar in his own right, turned 69 today.

'Acharya' actor Chiranjeevi said that he is proud of his colleague. "Happy Birthday Dear @mammukka! Proud to be your colleague in this wonderful industry. Your work over the years is a real treasure that movie lovers always relish and keep asking for more. May you continue to enthrall the audiences for many many years," the 'Sye Raa' actor said.

On his part, Mahesh Babu described Mammootty as one of the finest actors. "Sir, a very Happy Birthday. Good health, peace and happiness always!" he wrote.

Mammootty's film 'Shylock' was recently dubbed in Telugu and released on an OTT platform. The political thriller 'One' and the mystery thriller 'The Priest' are among his upcoming movies.
