Marking National Doctors Day, several Tollywood celebs paid rich tributes to the frontline warriors on Thursday. In his social media message, Megastar Chiranjeevi wrote that doctors are the only beings who could save lives. Quoting the old Sanskrit quote 'Vaidyo Narayano Harihi', the 'Acharya' said that doctors are the human forms of Almighty GOD. "During this global health crisis, this fact has been reinforced yet again. Let's be grateful to them now and always," he added.

In his Twitter message, Mahesh Babu wrote, "Saviours of life.. The greatest heroes of all time! Your contribution and commitment to the welfare of humanity is unparalleled. A big thank you to all the doctors out there! Gratitude always (sic)." He is currently doing 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata', which will resume its shoot soon.
Describing doctors as saviours of humanity, Sai Dharam Tej said, "When the whole world was affected by Covid-19, you were our only hope and continue to be so. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the efforts and sacrifices you have made." Star actress Rakul Preet Singh, who is busy with a handful of Hindi projects, tweeted, "Heartfelt thank you to all the heroes in white risking their lives each day to keep us all safe. We remain indebted to you for your selfless service, dedication and compassion (sic)."
