Megastar Chiranjeevi today said that 'Naatu Naatu' winning the Best Original Song Oscar is a proud moment. In the 1980s, he happened to participate in an Oscar event as a guest. The actor of 'Acharya' expressed his opinion that promotions might have encouraged the voters at the Academy Awards to watch 'Naatu Naatu' and give it a chance. However, he added that the credit for the victory must go to the creation of the song rather than the promotions. According to Chiru, promotions can only play a role in prompting the voters who ultimately decide the winner.
