It's known that Pavala Syamala, the character artist, is struggling to make ends meet. Upon coming to know of her condition, Megastar Chiranjeevi has donated more than Rs 1 lakh to her and also facilitated her monthly pension from the MAA.
Syamala will be receiving Rs 6,000 monthy pension provided by the MAA. During the pandemic, medical insurance has also been provisioned for the members of the MAA. Previously, the 'Acharya' actor had sent Rs 2 lakh to her through his daughter Sreeja.
Reacting to Chiru's help, Syamala said, "When Chiranjeevi garu gave me Rs 2 lakh, I was speechless. Due to my daughter's poor health condition, I have been going through a really bad phase. I am disturbed. I will always be indebted to Chiranjeevi garu for this help. When nobody was caring for me, Megastar's daughter herself came and gave me Rs 2 lakh in the past. And now he has given me Rs 1,01,500."
Syamala's daughter was suffering from TB. Due to a leg injury, she is not doing well. Recently, Karate Kalyani of the Telugu film industry gave Rs 10,000 to her.
Syamala was seen in 'Mathu Vadalara', the 2019 movie. Due to old age, she hasn't been doing films to a good extent.
