Chiranjeevi has met a terminally ill child named Balu and fulfilled his dream. Balu has been suffering from cancer and is getting treatment in a private hospital.

The child's dream is to meet Megastar Chiranjeevi and knowing about it, Chiru met him in the hospital. He gave gifts to the child. Balu felt very happy at meeting Chiranjeevi. Chiranjeevi spent some time with Balu. He gave moral support to the parents and the child. Chiranjeevi said, "It is very saddening that such a small child is suffering from cancer. I pray God that the child will be recovered from his illness soon".

Earlier Pawan Kalyan and Balakrishna fulfilled the dreams of children suffering from brain tumour and cancer. Both the children recovered after some time and let's hope Balu will also be recovered soon.
