A lot is being speculated about Megastar Chiranjeevi's 150th film. Rumours were abuzz that Puri Jagannath, Vinayak and Trivikram Srinivas are vying to direct Chiranjeevi in his comeback film. But nothing has been confirmed by the Megastar.

The latest report is that Chiranjeevi's 150th film announcement will be made on January 15 on the occasion of Pongal. According to senior mega fans, Chiru has hinted that he will be making a formal announcement in January about his much awaited film. Currently, the Megastar is busy finalising the script from the lot.

It is being said that VV Vinayak is in contention to wield the mega phone for this prestigious project. Ram Charan will be producing the film under Surekha Entertainments banner. Recently, Chiru played a striking cameo in Ram Charan's Bruce Lee and needless to say his fans have gone crazy seeing him on the big screen.
