A super fan of Justin Bieber contacted The Municipal Bureau of Culture in Beijing, China, as the singer didn`t go to China as he hit the Asian leg of his Purpose Tour despite repetitive requests.

The fan got a rather explanatory response from the board.

The official response\statement said

“Justin Bieber is a gifted singer, but he is also a controversial young foreign singer," the bureau told the fan in a statement. "In order to maintain order in the Chinese market and purify the Chinese performance environment, it is not suitable to bring in badly behaved entertainers.”

The decision is quite self-explanatory as Justin has caused a lot of trouble in the past, with him getting arrested for DUI back in 2014, egging his neighbor's house and more.

So, that makes it clear that the singer is not going to China anytime soon for his Purpose tour.
