The US returned Kannada actor Chetan Kumar of Aa Dinagalu` fame also in to social service at a very young age was in for some setback for his statement on State BJP President and former chief minister BS Yediyurappa.

Chetan Kumar an eloquent speaker and makes some convincing analysis was speaking on the present Lingayat Dharma issue. It is first BJP State President BS Yediyurappa and Suttur Math Swamiji responsible for a break on the issue in Veerashaiva community he said.

Such straightforward remark from actor Chetan Kumar was not expected. The followers of BS Yediyurappa especially one Mr Shivakumar protested to this remark of the actor at Basava Bhavan Kendra.

When Chetan further said BS Yediyurappa came down in power because of corruption, he is telling today that he is modern Basavanna. The friction started once again and the meeting was protested strongly by BSY followers.
