It is that rare moment when Ram Charan is waiting for the result of a movie in which he has no direct stakes. It is learnt that Cherry was recently narrated a story line by Merlapaka Gandhi. However, before giving the nod, Cherry has thought it prudent to wait for the BO result of 'Express Raja', Gandhi's directorial set to hit the screens on Jan 14.

The buzz is that Cherry has plans to shoot for both his remake of 'Thani Oruvan' (directed by Surendar Reddy) under Geetha Arts and Gandi's film.

Meanwhile, Surendar Reddy is waiting for Cherry to give the green signal so the production works can be started.
