The stage is set for Rajan Madhav's debut film, 'Muran' to release. The film sees two heroes exactly opposite to each other coming together fatefully and their plan to erase the other's most hated enemy. This will be Cheran's yet another film as an actor, and he plays a popular musician in 'Muran.'
As far as Prasanna's role goes,'Muran' fell on his lap after a hiatus. The actor who played a deceitful villain in Mysskin's 'Anjathey' played a comparatively small role in Baana Kathadi' where he was again portrayed with negative shade. In 'Muran,' Prasanna is touted to play a filthy rich youngster who seldom cares about people at his receiving end.

Prasanna has undergone a makeover for 'Muran' wearing his hair a little longer than usual in curls and has lost flab to fit in to the shoes of the character of a young man that he plays in the film. There is also a change in dress code for this actor who will be seen in a range of designer wear in 'Muran.' And for all those four-wheeler fanatics, watch out for that Audi Q7 which Prasanna will be steering!
Cheran sports the sober look of a musician with thick-framed plain glasses and casual clothing coupled with a mild beard to suit his look. Nikita and Haripriya will be the lead heroines in the film. 'Muran' is being marketed by UTV Motion Pictures and the music in the film that has been set to tunes by Sajan Madhav is already a hit.
It is one rounded role for Prasanna and Cheran in 'Muran' which the public will get to see when the film hits theatres on September 30. The film is inspired from the Hollywood classic 'Strangers on a Train.' The film is a racy thriller with much of the shots panned at the Chennai-Bangalore highways.
