Both movies hit out at the same time much to the joy of Thala Thalapathy fans and indeed it was a healthy sight. Director Cheran has gone a step forward and wished the success of Jilla and Veeram, also reaching out to the fans to enjoy the success in delight.

Cheran has further said that the standard of Vijay-Ajith movies have raised the bar with the expectation from the crowd reaching sky high and has requested the fans to write down their expectations as well. Their movies are not mere crowd pullers but they make quite good money for the producers and Tamil cinema as well.

As a healthy gesture, the director has lauded both the stars and reached out to the fans to maintain a warm rapport which in turn will tune the budding directors as well.
