Works have started for Cheran’s new film ‘Yutham Sei’ directed by Mysskin. With this film Cheran goes for an image change by doing the role of a stylish CBI officer. He also performs some stunt scenes and chase sequences in the film something he hasn’t done before. ‘Yutham Sei’ is a story of a secret police officer in search of a serial killer. And Cheran plays the lead of course.

Another news doing rounds is that director Mysskin had approached Arvind Swamy of Roja fame to do an important character in the film. But the favourite actor of Maniratnam declined the offer saying he is now busy with his business in Wall Street. Now Mysskin has turned his eyes on Abbas for the role.

Kalpathi S Agoram is the producer of ‘Yutham Sei’. This is one of the two film announce by him recently. The other film is directed by Cheran.
