Stunt master accused in fake currency case

The Chennai police have been on the lookout for a stunt master from the Tamil film industry who has been issuing counterfeit currency worth Rs. 10 lakh in exchange for Rs. 1 lakh.

After it was brought to the notice of the police that 2000 rs notes were being smuggled in Chennai’s Padappai, the officials arrested a call taxi driver and confiscated counterfeit money worth Rs. 2,60,000 from him. Upon interrogation, the driver reportedly stated that stunt master Suresh was involved in the fraud.

The accused Suresh is on the run, while the police are on the hunt for him. An investigation of the matter is underway.
