Cops cant find reason to file case against Kamal Haasan

A few days earlier Kamal Haasan had tweeted advicing his fan club members not to distribute Nilvembu juice to prevent dengue as a report circulated that it could cause impotence.  One Devanathan lodged a complaint against Kamal for spreading false news about Nilavembu and later when no action was taken went to the HIgh Court which directed the cops to to look at the legalities of the case.

The Chennai police have closed the petition stating to Devanathan that there are no grounds to take any action against Kamal as there is no semblance of any crime in his statement.
